Sabir specializes in developing novel biomaterial-based wound healing products. Miraqules’ marquee products, StopBleed and InstaBrin, are the outcome of his research efforts. The quest for an easily accessible, fast-acting wound healing product stroked him at a young age when he witnessed his father severely bleeding in an accident. Later, the determination became deep-rooted during his biomedical engineering days at NIT, which led him to found Miraqules as a research-driven, speciality biomaterials startup to bring effective & affordable point-of-care solutions to the masses.
Sabir has co-authored two research articles, secured two international patents, and received more than $200K as funds in less than 3 years right after graduating from college.
At Miraqules, he heads the innovations and is tasked with team building and management, fundraising, strategy planning, and establishing partnerships and collaborations. He desires to bring affordable, point-of-care solutions to serve common men that have a profound impact on the global healthcare system.

Mubeen completed his MBBS at the age of 22. While working in the plastic surgery department of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, he designed a device for quick suturing and also conceptualized OT lights to reduce fume exposure to surgeons. The spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation lay in him from his early clinical career, which set the ground for his interest to be an unusually creative Docpreneur.
This unconventional desire led him to join and co-found Miraqules with his childhood friend Sabir, where they combine their strengths to develop life-saving wound management biomaterials.
As CMO, Mubeen closely oversees the entire life cycle of Miraqules’ products right from its conception to R&D and up to market launch. He is also responsible for identifying and defining clinical application areas of Miraqules’ products, its market strategies, and collaborations.

Dr Nachman has extensive research knowledge and a broad understanding of bringing innovative products from the laboratory to the market. He is considered a knowledge powerhouse of advanced biomaterial development and application in the field of wound management.
Dr Nachman is currently a Cardiology Fellow at Hadassa Medical Center, Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
At Miraqules he advises & theoretically validates the medical aspects of the new technologies. He constantly piques the team’s curiosity, which helps to maintain the innovative strength of Miraqules.

Dr Verma is an acclaimed researcher in biomimetic bone tissue engineering. In the year 2007, he was awarded the ‘Researcher of the Year’ by the College of Engineering and Architecture, North Dakota State University. He has more than 10 publications, 3 US patents (granted) and 2 patents pending to his credit.
One of his major roles at Miraqules is co-conceptualizing novel biomaterial-based therapeutic products that are affordable and readily available. Dr Verma defines & drives the knowledge-based scientific and technical endeavours at Miraqules to develop best-in-class, scalable biomaterial compounds.

Dr Ray is well-known for his in-depth research in tissue engineering and biomaterial science. He has been the principal investigator for several research studies on stem cells in regenerative medicine and cryobiology. He has more than 20 filed and granted patents in his name.
He offers his recommendations and insights to Miraqules’ product development team to ensure that the product pipeline evolves to suit the market requirements.
